🔒 De kern in één zin: jouw verkoopdata blijft 100% lokaal in jouw browser. ZenBTW slaat je omzetcijfers, orders of BTW-berekeningen nooit op onze servers op.

ZenBTW is een web-applicatie voor marketplace-verkopers (Etsy, Shopify, Vinted) om hun KOR-drempel en EU OSS-BTW-verplichtingen te berekenen en te exporteren.

2. Welke gegevens verwerken wij?

2a. Gegevens die uitsluitend lokaal blijven (geen verwerking door ons)

De volgende gegevens worden alleen opgeslagen in jouw eigen browser via localStorage en IndexedDB. Ze verlaten jouw apparaat niet en wij hebben er geen toegang toe:

Omzetdata uit Etsy, Shopify of Vinted CSV-exports
BTW-berekeningen, KOR-status en OSS-bedragen
Bedrijfsnaam, BTW-nummer en KVK-nummer (instellingen)
Inkoopprijzen en margeberekeningen
Kwartaalhistorie en jaaroverzichten

3. Cookies

ZenBTW gebruikt geen tracking-cookies.

localStorage / IndexedDB — opslag van jouw app-instellingen en data, uitsluitend lokaal op jouw apparaat. Dit zijn geen cookies maar browser-opslagmechanismen.
Umami Analytics — cookieloze, privacyvriendelijke statistieken. Er worden geen persoonsgegevens of vingerafdrukken verzameld. Umami voldoet aan de AVG zonder cookiebanner-verplichting.

4. Delen met derden

Wij verkopen of delen jouw gegevens niet met derden, met uitzondering van:

Formspree (formspree.io) — verwerkt wachtlijst-aanmeldingen en stuurt het e-mailadres door naar ons. Formspree is AVG-conform en heeft een verwerkersovereenkomst.
Umami — anonieme analytics, geen persoonsgegevens.
Google Sheets (optioneel) — als jíj kiest voor de Cloud Backup-functie, worden je kwartaalcijfers verzonden naar een Google Sheet die jij zelf beheert. Dit is jouw eigen keuze en verwerking.

5. Beveiliging

Omdat verkoopdata lokaal in jouw browser blijft, is het risico op datalekken aan onze kant minimaal. De verbinding met zenbtw.nl verloopt via HTTPS (TLS). Wij raden aan om regelmatig een lokale backup te downloaden via de "Backup downloaden" knop in de app.

6. Jouw rechten (AVG)

Op grond van de AVG heb je de volgende rechten:

Inzage — je kunt opvragen welke gegevens wij van je hebben (voor ons: uitsluitend je e-mailadres als je je hebt aangemeld).
Correctie — je kunt onjuiste gegevens laten aanpassen.
Verwijdering — je kunt verzoeken je e-mailadres te verwijderen.
Bezwaar — je kunt bezwaar maken tegen verwerking.
Klacht — je kunt een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

7. Lokale data verwijderen

Al jouw verkoopdata staat uitsluitend in jouw browser. Je verwijdert deze door in je browser de sitegegevens van zenbtw.nl te wissen (Instellingen → Privacy → Browsegegevens wissen → Sitegegevens), of via de "Nieuwe sessie" knop in de app.

8. Wijzigingen

Wij kunnen deze privacyverklaring wijzigen. Bij wezenlijke wijzigingen informeren wij ingeschreven gebruikers per e-mail. De meest actuele versie is altijd beschikbaar op zenbtw.nl/privacy.

ZenBTW is a web application for marketplace sellers (Etsy, Shopify, Vinted) to calculate and export their EU VAT obligations and OSS threshold status.

2. What data do we process?

2a. Data that stays local (we never see this)

The following data is stored only in your own browser via localStorage and IndexedDB. It never leaves your device and we have no access to it:

Sales data from Etsy, Shopify or Vinted CSV exports
VAT calculations, KOR status and OSS amounts
Business name, VAT number and Chamber of Commerce number (settings)
Cost prices and margin calculations
Quarterly history and annual overviews

3. Cookies

ZenBTW does not use tracking cookies. We use:

localStorage / IndexedDB — stores your app settings and data locally on your device only. These are not cookies.
Umami Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly statistics. No personal data or fingerprints are collected. Compliant with GDPR without requiring a cookie banner.

4. Third parties

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except:

Brevo (brevo.com) — processes email sign-ups and sends emails on our behalf. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and acts as a data processor under a DPA.
Umami — anonymous analytics only, no personal data.
Google Sheets (optional) — if you choose to use the Cloud Backup feature, your quarterly figures are sent to a Google Sheet that you control. This is your own choice.

5. Security

Since your sales data stays local in your browser, the risk of data breaches on our side is minimal. The connection to zenbtw.nl uses HTTPS (TLS). We recommend downloading a local backup periodically using the "Download backup" button in the app.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Access — you can request what data we hold about you (for us: only your email address if you signed up).
Rectification — you can have incorrect data corrected.
Erasure — you can request deletion of your email address.
Objection — you can object to processing.
Complaint — you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (AP) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or with your local EU supervisory authority.

For requests: email kortaxmonitor@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Deleting local data

All your sales data is stored exclusively in your browser. You can delete it by clearing site data for zenbtw.nl in your browser settings, or using the "New session" button in the app.

8. Changes

We may update this privacy policy. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. The latest version is always available at zenbtw.nl/privacy.
